The Museum für Franken, together with the Würzburg Castle and Garden Administration, invites you to the annual museum festival at Marienberg Fortress! All museum enthusiasts, time travelers, castle fans, parents, grandparents and families can look forward to an exciting program that will take them back to the world of life 500 years ago. Spread over two castle courtyards, numerous demonstrations, arts and crafts stalls and hands-on stations offer the opportunity to see, be amazed and get creative yourself.

On a fairytale journey through the museum, atmospheric stories tell of sharing, giving and togetherness. The handmade lanterns light up the dark season.
